Summer Deciucis
March 16, 2021

Ingrid Andress
Emerging country singer, Ingrid Andress, stepped out in a bold custom Giorgio Armani Prive styled by Sonia Young. Her open suit jacket exposed the just-right amount of skin, creating an unexpected edge. An unexpected edge came into play with her open suit jacket, exposing the just-right amount of skin. This ensemble was paired with a high neck tiered crystal necklace cascading down her torso like a sophisticated body chain. The highly masculine suit and highly feminine necklace create a contrast that is hard to not love. It was a successful monochromatic look and gave Andress an angelic glow that stood out amongst all the other looks of the night.

Kevin Parker
Pulling off a leopard print top and a bold Brodie-ish Versace signature print jacket was just the task for Parker, otherwise known as Tame Impala. The perfect clash was paired with a silky seafoam pant, styled with an eccentric jacket. His white loafers featuring chunky gold details were paired with a matching gold chain bracelet. Making this look so classic 80’s Versace, that it perfectly represents Tame Impala’s groovy sound.

Jhene Aiko
Aiko wore a bubblegum pink tulle couture gown by Monsoori, reminiscent of
Rihanna’s Grammys dress in 2015
. At a closer look, what appeared to be a full bodice from a distance was actually a crop top with organically folded tulle. The wide tulle skirt full of tiny tufts expanded around a dramatic ruffle that created a high-low look in the front. The volume of the skirt and its train gave much-needed real red carpet drama. Since the dress was so eye-catching on its own, it was paired with delicate matching pink jewelry.

Dua Lipa
Versace was the standout label of the night, with another stunning look for Dua Lipa. The custom iridescent crystal mesh dress glimmered under all the spotlights and bright flashes on the carpet. The gorgeous jewel-encrusted butterfly corset bodice showed off the pink bodysuit styled underneath. Side hip cutouts, everyone’s current favorite Y2K era trend balanced the exposure from the high leg slit. The fantasy of the whole look gave the dress fun notes of spring, perfect for an event in March.

Noah Cyrus
Noah Cyrus, best known for her edgy streetwear style, shocked all when she arrived in an off-white finale look from Schiaparelli’s SS 2021 collection. A poofy silk stole surrounds her like the shell in
Birth of Venus
, almost giving her a majestic wing-like appearance. The sweetheart neckline and straight floor-length skirt rouche in all the right places, giving classic elegance. Detail shot-worthy rings by Pancossi perfectly accentuated Cryrus’ hand and arm tattoos while adding a splash of color to the other-wise desaturated palette.
