Today, Llomuri has made a name for himself not just as a stylist but as a multidisciplinary creative director, makeup artist and hair stylist.
Most recently he worked as a fashion and hair stylist for Miss Universe Mexico Fatima Bosh, channeling his passion for inspiring Latino creatives.
“I tend to draw inspiration from everything I see on the street—what people wear. When I go to an event and see the way people interact it really inspires me,” Llomuri said.
While Llomuri gravitates towards editorial work, he enjoys every project that gives him a chance to have creative freedom—elevating clients and the project themselves.
In the future Llomuri hopes to continue raising the name of his country and to inspire creatives, especially Latinos.
“I would like to be a role model showing that dreams do come true, and that our voice deserves to be heard just like any other,” he said.
Llomuri also emphasized the importance of studying and preparation. Styling goes beyond just creating a beautiful outfit, it’s about telling a story.
“Styling is closely related to public image and, in a way, to marketing or branding strategies. You have to study cultures, history, art, and everything related to fashion to achieve the best results for your clients,” Llomuri said.
To aspiring stylists, he urges curiosity and continuous learning, cautioning against envy and emphasizing that success doesn’t require sabotage.
Luis David Llomuril’s journey shows that styling is more than aesthetics—its storytelling, cultural representation, and strategy.
